The Mystic Tree embodies precisely its namesake. A mystifying arboreal entity, shrouded in enigma and allure. The Mystic Tree has options to water it and view it, the latter providing both fun and comfort. In addition, after enough care, it will provide the option to eat its fruit, after which it will return to its first, dormant state.
Ensuring the growth and prosperity of your tree involves consistent watering tailored to its needs. There are three methods to keep your tree hydrated. Firstly, you can manually water it by instructing your Sim to select "Water" upon the tree. Alternatively, you can enlist a gardener to water your tree every three days, though occasional manual watering may still be necessary between their visits. Lastly, the most effective approach is to invest in a water sprinkler or sprayer and synchronize it with the irrigation control, ensuring your tree receives water on a predetermined schedule. Ultimately, there's no substitute for attentive personal care.
Initially, the tree lies dormant, followed by a blossoming phase. Subsequently, the fruit progresses through stages from new to mature, culminating in ripeness. The entire cycle spans approximately 22 real-life hours.
Note: If all of your skills are above 19.49 and you eat a ripe fruit, you will not gain a skill point but will receive a motive bonus instead. You can gain a skill point in any skill that is 19.49 or lower. The tree will skip any skills above this range and target only those that are below it.

Warning: if you eat a ripe fruit in a lot with skills disabled, you will not get a skill point.
