There are many objects with which you can white your needs super fast, and we mean super fast - within seconds. Here's a list in order of most to least useful, although they're all great:

• Nectar: drink some nectar to really quickly fill your hunger, energy, comfort, and fun needs. Nectar can also be created by roomies using a pressing station. There's more info about this here.
• Salad: eat a salad to really quickly fill your hunger, energy, comfort, and fun needs. Salads can be created by roomies using a salad station. Salads last longer than regular hc, but they are expensive to make. There's more info about this here.
• Baked Goods: eat a piece to really quickly fill your hunger, energy, and comfort needs. Baked goods can be made by roomies using a baker's oven. The advantage of baked goods is that most of them never spoil, so you will usually see in lots more often than nectar or salads. There's more info about this here.
• Pet Ghost: watch one of these little guys to white your fun and social needs. This is one of the rare items that you can get as a reward for being a patron on Patreon.
• The Cow Plant: dance with it to quickly white your fun need. Talk to it to white your social need (a little slower than fun, but still fast). This is one of the rare items that you can get as a reward for being a patron on Patreon.
• Cotton Candy Machine: eat some cotton candy to white your hunger and fun needs. This is one of the rare items that you can get as a reward for being a patron on Patreon.

And remember, in SimNation, you can fully white your needs (not just fun and social)!
